Benedictine Hall of Fame / Hall of Honors
The Benedictine Hall of Fame / Hall of Honors Induction Dinner and Ceremony was held Sunday, April 2, 2017 at Windows on the River in the Flats. This year’s inductees shared many inspiring heartfelt stories of their pride in attending Benedictine along with the influence they received from the monks, their coaches, faculty, and from their classmates and teammates.
Athletic Director, Chris Lorber ’04, took over the reins of Master of Ceremonies from long time host Chuck St. John ’54, introducing each inductee with insightful notes on their Benedictine history provided by Wally Mieskoski ’71, a true school historian.
An outstanding crowd filled the hall with family and friends of the inductees and also included many Hall of Famers, classmates, faculty, coaches, current parents and students. It was an outstanding event filled with Bengal Pride.
Congratulations to our inductees:
(Seated L-R) Jim Kubinski ’58, John DiPaola ’78, Al Keller ’74, and Kevin Richardson ’84
(Standing L-R) Gene Mruczkowski ’98, Stephen Kandra accepting for Joe Kandra ’39,
